Amazon.com Services LLC - A57 is seeking a Startup Project Manager Intern to support our GEMS organization at the Bellevue, WA corporate office. The Spring 2027 internship is on-site and part-time (20 hours per week) Feb/Mar 2027 through May/June 2027, with possible travel to sites under construction.

Starting in the summer, the role shifts to a 12-week full-time internship (40 hours/week) with opportunities to visit project sites and corporate offices across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Actively develop project management expertise through on-the-job execution, mentorship, and Amazon training programs
• Partner with program managers and business leaders to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities and milestones, drive delivery, and impact critical business initiatives
• Own program communication, accelerating progress by driving crisp and timely decisions, clearing blockers, and presenting project status and recommendations to senior leadership
• Anticipate program changes and work with stakeholders to understand associated impacts
• Conduct data analysis to identify issues and implement significant process improvement projects that streamline workflows and create efficiencies within the team and larger business functions
• Process and upload detailed procurement requirements into purchasing systems to generate and manage purchase order requisitions
• Monitor and resolve customer tickets through established queue system while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) and providing support via email, video conferencing, and other mechanisms
• Create, update and maintain comprehensive training documentation and standard operating procedures
• Thrive both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating exceptional ability to navigate ambiguous environments while consistently maintaining high-performance standards and delivering results
