Qualifications

Candidates pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher with expected completion between 2027 and 2028.
Ability to work on-site at Bellevue, WA corporate office.
Availability for part-time (20 hrs/wk) in Spring 2027 and full-time (40 hrs/wk) in Summer 2027.
Willingness to travel up to 80% to project sites across the United States.

Responsibilities

Support management of industrial preconstruction activities from site selection through design completion, permitting, and contract execution.
Assist with site selection validation, scope development, and design coordination within regions.
Coordinate with authorities having jurisdiction for regulatory approvals (zoning, planning, fire/building codes).
Track KPIs for safety, quality, cost, schedule, and sustainability; assist in risk identification and mitigation.
