Amazon is seeking Business Strategy & Execution Operations Engineering Interns for its North America initiative. This on-site role combines corporate strategy work at the Bellevue office with hands-on operations engineering at fulfillment centers and job trailers across the United States.

During Spring 2027, the internship is part-time (20 hours/week) in Bellevue, WA, with a transition to a full-time 12-week period in Summer 2027 (40 hours/week) and travel opportunities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with anticipated completion between Dec 2027 and Aug 2028
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Responsibilities

• Drive resolution for strategic business projects using data to support recommendations
• Develop standard operating procedures for scalable processes
• Support field operations with integrated automation projects (high-speed sortation, conveyors, packaging lines, robotic cells)
• Coordinate design and execution with internal teams and vendors (equipment specs, layout)
• Ensure operator training, safety, and compliance at sites
• Assist with project tracking, documentation, and automation of admin tasks
