Job summary

Mixpanel is seeking a Startup Program Manager to own day-to-day execution of the Mixpanel for Startups program, building and maintaining partner relationships, driving founder engagement, and ensuring smooth program operations end-to-end.

The role fits into the Marketing organization and requires hands-on involvement in startup community activities, outbound campaigns, and collaboration across Marketing, Sales, and Product, with a strong emphasis on data-driven insights and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, community, growth, partnerships, or business development, ideally with real-time startup ecosystem exposure.
• Experience building and managing partner relationships end-to-end, from outreach through sustained follow-through.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication across audiences and time zones.
• Ability to navigate collaboration across Marketing, Sales, and Product independently, bringing context and clarity to decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with accelerators, incubators, and startup partners, identifying connections worth deepening.
• Plan and execute partner activations, including Demo Days and portfolio programs.
• Maintain a prioritized view of partner relationships and focus areas to guide next steps.
• Drive Mixpanel adoption within each cohort and design founder-facing programming with real value.
• Be a consistent presence at demo days, founder events, and tech weeks, sharing insights to shape program direction.
• Build and run outbound campaigns to enroll startups into the program and coordinate handoffs with Sales.
