Job summary

Guided Search Partners in the United States is partnering with an industry leader to open a brand new manufacturing operation in Buffalo, NY. The Plant Manager will be among the first hires to lead the site launch.

This role will hire all employees, develop the manufacturing systems, and shape the culture that supports high performance in a startup environment. Experience in injection molding and production leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Plant leadership experience in an Injection Molding facility.
• Startup experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience building systems and organizational structure.
• Strong focus on production and operations leadership.
• Ability to create and sustain a strong culture within a new site.

Responsibilities

• Launch the Buffalo site and establish full operating capability.
• Hire all employees for the facility and build the team.
• Develop scalable manufacturing systems and processes for the site.
