CDP Solutions has been retained to identify a Plant Operations Manager in Buffalo, NY. Our client operates multiple manufacturing facilities domestically and around the world. Their intention is to hire and retain the best people in the industry and to have a relentless commitment to customer service.

The Plant Operations Manager will oversee 3 salaried employees and 20 plus hourly employees in manufacturing. This organization is looking for someone with prior experience leading individuals within a manufacturing facility along with strong communication and people development skills.

This position will have an individual onsite Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Compensation

Our client offers a competitive base compensation plus a bonus opportunity. In addition, the client offers an excellent benefits package including 401(k), medical and dental coverage, disability insurance, life insurance, educational assistance, and training programs.

Plant Operations Manager Base Salary:

$130K - $145K, potentially higher

Bonus:

$20K - $25K

Total Compensation:

$150K - $170K

Relocation:

Will support relocation to the Buffalo, NY
