• Ability to engage with startups, students, and community partners in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with office technology, audiovisual systems, and facility operations.
• Proficiency with digital tools and social media for program promotion preferred.
• Evening and occasional weekend availability required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Spanish or French proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workshops, mentorship sessions, networking events, and other programming.
• Partner with Workforce Development and Community Education on collaborative programming.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute open houses, mixers, and speaker events.
• Supervise student employees and interns, including scheduling and mentoring.
• Build relationships with incubator members, partners, and stakeholders and address operational needs.
• Support strategies to enhance member experience and retention.
• Collect and analyze program metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
• Assist with digital marketing and event promotion to increase visibility.
