Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Generalist to help launch a new facility in Springdale, AR. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production equipment, support facility operations, and help keep production running safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

1 year of industrial maintenance experience.
Background checks may be required for certain roles.
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds may be required.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production equipment, facility systems, and company assets.
Diagnose and repair mechanical malfunctions with minimal supervision.
Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance situations.
Complete preventive maintenance activities according to established schedules.
Document repairs, maintenance activities, and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with Tyson safety policies and procedures, including Lockout/Tagout and Confined Space Entry.
Start up and shut down equipment safely and efficiently.
