• Thorough knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Adequate knowledge of startup and construction standard practices.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to interface with project teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Abide by safety rules and promote a safety culture.
• Inspect construction installations for compliance.
• Plan and schedule startup activities to meet schedule and budget.
• Manage contracts, invoices, scheduling and change management.
