• Experience managing a team and coordinating startup projects.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and manage the Mechanical Start Up team and onboarding.
• Lead mechanical equipment startup, pre-commissioning, troubleshooting, and turnover.
• Plan and prioritize startup technicians across active projects.
• Coordinate startup activities with project teams and vendors.
• Ensure startup documentation and warranty logs are complete.
