Job summary

Summit Healthcare Staffing is seeking an In-House Recruiting/Onboarding Rep to lead recruiting efforts within the startup department. You will own sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding activities, and build processes to scale the function in a fast-moving environment.

This hands-on role requires someone who thrives on creating structure, improving workflows, and shaping how the department operates as it expands into a multi-person team.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience recruiting home healthcare clinicians across full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding).
• Experience recruiting across home healthcare clinician types including RNs, LPNs, PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, STs, and MSWs.
• Experience building recruiting processes from scratch.
• Extensive professional network with established connections in the Cincinnati area.
• Experience working with Directors of Nursing (DONs).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the solo recruiter for the startup department.
• Handle all sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding activities.
• Build systems and processes to support the department’s growth.
• Spearhead the department and help grow it into a multi-person team.
