Job summary

Summit Healthcare Staffing is seeking an In-House Recruiting/Onboarding Rep to own recruiting for a startup department within our growing team. This hands-on role focuses on building structure, systems, and processes to scale sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, engage with Nursing Directors, and leverage your network to support home healthcare placements across California. This role offers visibility and growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in home healthcare.
• Experience recruiting RNs, LPNs, PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, STs, and MSWs.
• Experience building recruiting processes from scratch.
• Established professional network in the Cincinnati area.
• Experience working with Directors of Nursing.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience recruiting home healthcare clinicians, including full-cycle work across sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Experience recruiting across home healthcare clinician types including RNs, LPNs, PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, STs, and MSWs.
• Experience building recruiting processes from scratch.
• Extensive professional network with established connections in the Cincinnati area.
• Experience working with Directors of Nursing (DONs).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing teams of recruiters.
• BA in Business, Health Administration, Psychology, Industrial Psychology, or HR.
• Professional network with connections across Ohio.
