Job summary

Nox Group seeks a Startup & Commissioning Manager to own the path from mechanical completion to turnover on some of the industry’s most complex facilities in the US, including hyperscale data centers and semiconductor plants. You will lead startup teams, shape commissioning standards, and work directly with executives to ensure safe, efficient turnover.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of startup/commissioning experience on large, complex projects.
• Experience leading teams through full commissioning cycle from startup to turnover.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe startup and commissioning of building and process systems from factory witness testing through energization and turnover.
• Plan and direct pre-commissioning testing programs and commissioning procedures.
• Coordinate with preconstruction and project teams to define commissioning scope and turnover strategy.
• Develop startup/commissioning schedule in Primavera P6 and integrate with master project schedule.
• Coach commissioning staff and develop future leaders.
• Ensure compliance with LOTO/hazardous energy control and safety requirements.
