Agropur Cooperative in Jerome, Idaho is seeking an Area Production Manager - Cheese to lead and mentor supervisors and operators across the department. You will oversee production, safety, quality, training, and adherence to GMPs to deliver high-value dairy products.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field and at least five years in manufacturing with 3–5 years of supervisory experience; dairy experience preferred. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years manufacturing experience.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience preferred in dairy/food production.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, coach, and mentor supervisors and hourly employees.
• Ensure safety, quality, and GMP compliance across the department.
• Develop and communicate standard operating procedures; set expectations.
• Provide training to improve skills and performance of staff.
• Analyze production data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
