Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and commercial refrigeration systems, including filters, drains, belts, pumps, motors, compressors, electrical panels, coils, and cleaning.
• Identify potential equipment issues and report to customers and department manager.
• Talk confidently with customers, acting as liaison between customer and office.
• Assist Service Technicians with minor repairs and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a focus on safety and quality.
• Keep the job site clean and organized; leave it cleaner than arrival.
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle.
• Take responsibility for safety performance and program compliance.
