Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and commercial refrigeration systems, including filters, drains, belts, pumps, motors, and coils.
• Identify potential equipment issues and report to customers and manager.
• Talk confidently with customers, acting as liaison between customer and office.
• Assist service technicians with minor repairs and troubleshooting.
• Work with a focus on safety and quality on every job site.
• Keep job sites and work vehicles clean and organized; ensure cleanup beyond arrival.
• Support in maintaining safety program compliance.
