You will learn on the job from experienced technicians, perform basic maintenance, and help keep systems running efficiently for commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. Qualifications

• Entry-level position; no prior HVAC experience required.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and Commercial Refrigeration Systems.
• Identify potential equipment issues, reporting issues to customers and supervisor.
• Communicate confidently with customers, acting as liaison between customer and office.
• Support Service Technicians with minor repairs and troubleshooting.
• Work with a focus on safety and quality in all tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, leaving it cleaner than arrival.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work vehicle and tools.
