Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and commercial refrigeration systems, including changing or washing filters, draining lines, inspecting belts, pumps, motors and electrical panels, and cleaning coils and indoor units.
• Identify potential equipment issues and report them to customers and the department manager.
• Communicate confidently with customers, serving as liaison between customer and office.
• Assist Service Technicians with minor repairs and troubleshooting.
• Maintain safety standards and quality in all work.
• Keep job sites and vehicles clean and organized; ensure on-site cleanliness exceeds arrival condition.
• Support broader team needs while prioritizing safety and program compliance.
