TRUMPF Inc. in Farmington, CT is seeking a Start Up Technician to assemble and adjust TRUMPF machines, perform tests, and contribute to continuous improvement.

You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, read schematics, document quality issues, and ensure alignment with Trumpf standards. You should have at least 2 years in machine tool assembly or 5 years in related manufacturing, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and communicate effectively with international colleagues.

Qualifications

• Must read complex schematics and blueprints.
• Experience with laser equipment and machine tools is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with international experts.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete electrical/mechanical checks on TRUMPF machines.
• Document quality issues and generate reports (CAR system).
• Troubleshoot and support CIP and continuous improvement processes.
