TRUMPF North America is seeking a Start Up Technician to assemble, adjust, and test TRUMPF machines and laser systems. You will perform failure analysis, maintain assembly equipment, and produce quality reports.

The role requires 2 years in machine tool assembly or 5 years in machine tool parts/manufacturing, with ability to lift 50 lbs and read schematics. Experience with laser equipment and CNC controls is a plus. Benefits accompany a strong, global tech leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in machine tool assembly or 5 years in manufacturing of machine tool parts, maintenance, or service.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive reaching and bending.
• Ability to read complex schematics and blueprints.

Responsabilités

• Perform complete electrical and mechanical function checks on TRUMPF machines.
• Ensure tested products meet quality standards.
• Detect and analyze problems.
• Document issues using CAR system and follow up.
• Assist in starting up lasers to ensure cutting quality.
