Qualifications

• Minimum two years of assembly experience or five years in manufacturing machine-tool parts, maintenance, or service.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Experience with precision measuring and assembly tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-minded.
• Teamwork in a manufacturing environment; electrical wiring experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and complete machines using drawings, BOMs, blueprints, and schematics.
• Use precision tools to meet required tolerances and select fixtures for accuracy.
• Operate an overhead crane to move heavy components safely.
• Follow TRUMPF quality standards and inspection requirements.
• Read and measure in both imperial and metric units; work with supervisors to meet goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area per lean manufacturing principles.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE; contribute to continuous improvement.
