Job summary

CoolSys is hiring Refrigeration Start-up Technicians responsible for start-up of supermarket refrigeration, heating and ventilation equipment, ensuring on-time delivery and energy optimization. You will work with EMS systems and lead small projects, leveraging expertise in refrigeration and electrical controls.

The role requires a Journeyman level skill set, with experience in installation and servicing of supermarket systems, and a valid driver's license. Travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of refrigeration, ice machines, and electrical systems.
• Expert knowledge of EMS systems for supermarket applications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Start-up of supermarket refrigeration and HVAC systems to meet customer needs.
• Perform EMS wiring and programming for EMS systems from multiple manufacturers.
• Lead small projects like single-case and condenser changes.
• Assist EO projects including retro-commissioning and energy management upgrades.
• Collaborate with local branches for training and problem solving.
