YAI - Seeing beyond disability is seeking a Coordinator for the START model in East Syracuse. The coordinator will support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and behavioral health conditions through assessments and crisis management while maintaining documentation compliance.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s degree in a related field and interpersonal skills essential for this role. The position offers a salary range of $54,000 to $62,000 with on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Two years experience with I/DD population or behavioral health needs.
• Completion of START Coordinator Certification training within 12 months.
• Ability to provide on-call crisis services coverage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active caseload of 20-25 individuals referred for START Services.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments in-person and remotely.
• Coordinate support meetings and crisis plan development.
