Job summary

Hopebridge in Murfreesboro West, TN seeks a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and help families. You’ll work with BCBA mentors to implement therapy plans and track progress.

Role includes paid RBT certification, professional development stipends, and a Monday–Friday schedule with comprehensive benefits, including health/dental/vision coverage and a clear pathway for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
• Learn directly from BCBA professionals to provide therapy that improves lives.
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes documenting intervention plan progress.
• Support children in developing functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness.
