Job summary

Hopebridge in Farragut, TN is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement therapy plans in a caring clinic setting.

This role offers Monday through Friday hours, paid RBT certification assistance, a professional development stipend, and comprehensive health benefits. The compensation ranges from $16.80 to $20 per hour, based on experience and certification.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children
Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives
Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes
Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan
Work with children by creating an environment that champions continued skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness
Celebrate victories and support families in milestones
