Job summary

Hopebridge in Mt. Juliet, TN is seeking a passionate Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement therapy plans and track progress in a caring clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness.
• Learn directly from BCBA supervisors to provide therapy that transforms lives.
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the intervention plan.
• Support children by promoting functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness.
• Celebrate milestones and support families in the process.
