Job summary

Hopebridge in Bartlett, TN is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism. You’ll work under BCBA supervision to implement therapy plans and help develop communication and school readiness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Foster skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
• Learn from BCBA to provide therapy that transforms lives.
• Review behavior plans and materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the intervention plan.
• Create an environment that supports development of communication, peer interactions, and readiness.
• Celebrate milestones and support families.
