Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Scheduler (Starship) to lead production planning across multiple work centers, forecast shortages, and manage constraints to meet aggressive rate goals.

You’ll develop and maintain master schedules, perform scenario modeling, and collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain to align priorities with program objectives. You will mentor junior schedulers, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and leverage ERP/MRP systems and SQL to enable real-time build

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing scheduling, planning, or operations required or 8+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience leading production scheduling for high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong ability to forecast long-term capacity, manage constraints, and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead production scheduling for multiple work centers and forecast part shortages and long-term rate projections.
• Develop and maintain rate-based master schedules for hardware lines.
• Own scenario modeling for optimal hardware allocation and present recommendations to leadership.
