Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager (Starship) to own end-to-end planning for sub-assemblies or finished goods. You will coordinate with engineering, production and procurement to ensure a scalable, cost-effective supply chain that supports high-volume Starship production.

The role requires strong program planning, risk assessment, and ability to manage multiple configurations while maintaining build rate. Onsite in Hawthorne, CA with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree and 3+ years of experience or bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in engineering, purchasing, planning, operations, or supply chain management.
• Experience with high-volume production environments and cross-functional NPI projects.
• Familiarity with CNC machining, plastics, die-casting, or metal materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning lifecycle for Starship sub-assemblies or finished goods.
• Coordinate with engineering, production and procurement to align supply plans with goals.
• Balance cost, reliability and production rate using risk-informed decisions.
