Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• 1+ years hands-on experience in a professional setting.
• Experience in high pace manufacturing environments preferred.
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications and documentation.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Support tasks related to tube bending, cutting, trimming and flaring.
• Produce accurate cut-to-length tubes and perform facing operations.
• Assist with CMM inspection scans and data gathering for CNC programs.
• Label and organize raw stock and tubes; move tubing to next station.
• Identify preventative measures to reduce FOD and ensure cleanliness.
• Clean and inspect parts to meet cleanliness standards and regulatory compliance.
• Document cleaning procedures and results for traceability.
• Support inspection with labeling and material inspection requirements.
• Conduct regular audits of manufacturing area and processes to suggest improvements.
