Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Production Coordinator (Starship) to monitor, track, and move parts through production to ensure timely delivery to the next location. You will coordinate with planning, procurement, engineering, and production teams to keep MRP/ERP data clean and accurate.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least 1 year in an administrative role; 3+ years in related administration are preferred. Proficiency with MS Office, ERP systems, SQL, and Tableau is desirable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of experience in an administrative role.
• Strong computer skills and organization capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and move parts through production to ensure timely delivery to the next location.
• Coordinate movement of parts through receiving, stock rooms, purchasing, and production resources.
• Promote workflow consistency and accuracy while driving down logistics lead-time.
