Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to support Starship production in a fast-moving environment. You will manage inventory targets, coordinate demand with production, and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years in relevant fields, or 3+ years in related roles, with strong procurement, MRP, and data analysis skills. On-site at Starbase, TX with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years in engineering, purchasing, or supply chain, or 3+ years in related roles.
• Experience with procurement and supplier management.
• Experience in material or production planning and MRP.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory targets, review balances, and align demand signals with allocations.
• Develop and execute supply plans to meet product on-time delivery and quality goals.
• Run MRP planning messages for production parts and communicate results.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing on supplier selection and sourcing.
• Lead design for manufacturability reviews with supplier quality and engineering.
• Drive cost reduction through value engineering and supplier optimization.
