Job summary

SPACE EXPLORATION TECHNOLOGIES CORP is looking for an NDE LEVEL II INSPECTOR (STARSHIP MECHANISMS) for the 1st shift. Responsibilities include performing surface NDE inspections and training team members. Ideal candidates will hold an NDE Level II certification and have extensive experience in aerospace.

Located in Hawthorne, CA, this position offers competitive pay rates between $30.00 and $40.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical coverage and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• Nondestructive Evaluation Level II certification in advanced inspection methods.
• 3+ years of inspection experience or completion of a certified NDE/NDT school.

Responsibilities

• Perform surface NDE inspections including VT and PT.
• Support development of NDE inspection techniques for complex geometries.
• Assist in training and developing others on the team.
