SpaceX seeks a Critical Lift & Transport Engineer at Cape Canaveral, FL to design and manage lifts for Starship and Super Heavy hardware. You will develop lift plans, rigging, and transport configurations, coordinating with vehicle structures, manufacturing, and launch ops to ensure safety and reliability.

Requirements include a bachelor’s in engineering, 2+ years in mechanical/structural hardware, and CAD/analysis tool proficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with mechanical/structural hardware.
• Strong CAD and analysis tool experience.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute critical lifts and heavy-haul transports.
• Develop lift plans, rigging designs, and transport configurations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on mass properties and load paths.
• Specify equipment and perform inspections and capacity verifications.
• Conduct risk and fatigue analyses for lifts beyond standard capacities.
• Oversee on-site operations and post-operation debriefs.
