Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EE, ME, materials science, or related field.
• 1+ years using semiconductor packaging processing equipment.
• Internship experience in packaging acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Own packaging assembly processes from concept to mass production.
• Develop new technologies and baselines for assembly and packaging.
• Lead NPI/NTI bring-up for packaging lines.
• Oversee prototypes and release to production.
• Select equipment and materials to meet quality, reliability, cost, yield, and targets.
• Collaborate with silicon design, materials, thermal, systems, and production teams.
• Implement advanced packaging solutions into SpaceX products.
