Job summary

LinkUs is hiring a Mountain Home-based Starlink & DISH Satellite Installation Technician to install satellite internet, TV equipment, and connected home devices in residential settings. Training, tools, and a company vehicle are provided to get you started.

We value reliability, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic. Full-time, with weekend/holiday availability, and a starting pay range of $20–$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in field installation is a plus; training provided.
• Ability to use power tools (drills, impacts) and hand tools.
• Comfort working on extension ladders to access rooftops.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Install Starlink satellite internet systems (dish mounting, cabling, router setup).
• Install and service DISH Network satellite TV equipment.
• Configure customer equipment including routers and smart home devices.
• Run cabling, drill penetrations, install grommets to professional standards.
• Promote upgrades and earn incentives on customer-purchased additions.
• Document work and reconcile equipment for every job.
• Provide a professional experience in every home you visit.
• Mount dishes on roofs or walls using ladders.
• Travel to customer locations as needed (30–120+ minutes).
