Job summary

LinkUs is hiring Field Technicians to install Starlink satellite internet, DISH Network television, and connected home technology in residential homes across the region. Training is provided and a company vehicle is supplied.

Full-time positions require reliability and willingness to learn, with a starting pay range of $18–$23 per hour. Technicians will mount dishes, configure routers, and service home networks while following professional installation standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to use power tools including drills, impacts, and hand tools (or willingness to learn).
• Comfortable working on extension ladders up to 40 ft to access roof eaves, attics, crawlspaces.

Responsibilities

• Install Starlink satellite internet systems including dish mounting, cabling, and router configuration.
• Install and service DISH Network satellite television equipment.
• Set up and configure customer equipment including routers and smart home devices.
• Run cabling, drill wall penetrations, and install grommets to professional standards.
• Recommend additional products and services to customers and earn extra income through sales incentives.
• Complete required photo documentation and equipment reconciliation for every job.
• Provide a professional, respectful experience in every customer’s home.
• Mount dishes and hardware on roof eaves, exterior walls, and other structures.
• Drive to customer locations with possible 30–120+ minute travel times.
