Job summary

LinkUs is hiring Field Technicians to install Starlink satellite internet, DISH Network television, and connected home technology in residential homes. Training, tools, and a company vehicle are provided to help you succeed in a full-time role.

We value reliability, quality workmanship, and a willingness to learn. Pay ranges from $18 to $23 per hour, with potential for higher starting rates for experienced technicians, plus sales incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience in satellite/cable/telecom or similar trade is a plus; training available.
• Higher starting pay for experienced technicians.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Install Starlink satellite internet systems including dish mounting, cabling, and router configuration.
• Install and service DISH Network satellite television equipment.
• Set up and configure customer equipment including routers and smart home devices.
• Run cabling, drill wall penetrations, and install grommets to professional standards.
• Recommend additional products and services to customers and earn incentives on upgrades.
• Complete required photo documentation and equipment reconciliation for every job.
• Provide a professional, respectful experience in every customer’s home.
• Mount dishes and hardware on roof eaves, exterior walls, and other structures using extension ladders.
• Drive to customer locations - some job sites may be 30-120+ minutes from base.
