LinkUs is hiring full-time Field Technicians to install Starlink satellite internet, DISH TV, and connected home technology in residential homes. We provide training, tools, and a company vehicle, with a strong focus on quality service and customer experience.

Qualified candidates may have prior field installation experience or be eager to learn a skilled trade. Starting pay ranges from this role’s base rate, with opportunities for incentives and career growth within a growing employee-owned

Qualifications

• Experience in satellite/cable/telecom/HVAC/electrical trades is a plus, but training is provided.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Full-time availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Install Starlink satellite internet systems including dish mounting, cabling, and router configuration.
• Install and service DISH Network satellite television equipment.
• Set up and configure customer equipment including routers and smart home devices.
• Run cabling, drill wall penetrations, and install grommets to professional standards.
• Recommend additional products and services to customers — earn extra money through sales incentives on upgrades.
• Complete required photo documentation and equipment reconciliation for every job.
• Provide a professional, respectful experience in every customer’s home.
• Mount dishes and hardware on roof eaves, exterior walls, and other structures using extension ladders.
• Drive to customer locations — some job sites may be 30–120+ minutes from your base.
