Job summary

2020 Companies, in partnership with Starlink, is hiring for a part-time Retail Sales & Activation Specialist in Flagstaff, AZ. You will engage customers, demonstrate Starlink services, and drive sales in a Best Buy location, with a 16-20 hour weekly schedule and weekend availability.

Training is provided and performance bonuses are available. This seasonal role runs 7/27/26 through 11/01/26, offering a base pay of $20/hour plus potential bonuses to reach up to $22/hour total compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and engage customers in the sales process is necessary.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Integrity and a customer-first mindset are crucial.
• Weekend availability is required.

In this exciting role, you'll work closely with retail shoppers to recommend the perfect Starlink residential and mobile internet products to meet their unique needs. You'll be the subject matter expert for customers seeking information on Starlink’s services, ensuring they have an interactive and informative shopping experience. Building relationships within a retail environment and having a technology-first mindset are key as you explain the benefits of Starlink satellite internet. Our team fully provides all technology training.
