Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Preferred: Associate degree and 2+ years in manufacturing or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned technical tasks per work instructions in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Operate production equipment and monitor process conditions.
• Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate with maintenance; drive root cause.
• Use hand and power tools and precision measurement instruments for inspection.
• Read schematics, drawings, and parts lists accurately.
• Follow lock-out/tag-out procedures and adhere to JHAs.
