Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Starlink Production Technician - PCBA to join our Redmond team. You will operate PCB assembly machines, perform SMT placement and testing, and help ensure high-quality electronic hardware for Starlink systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years hands-on electromechanical tools, assembly, or testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate PCB assembly machines for circuit boards, including SMT placement and reflow soldering.
• Conduct thermal and functional testing of electronic hardware.
• Document failure modes and use data analysis for quality improvements.
• Maintain and calibrate production equipment with preventive maintenance.
• Manage schedule priorities and work independently to meet deadlines.
• Perform component kitting and precise measurement to support assembly.
