Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sourcing Manager, PCB (Starlink) in Redmond, WA to drive sourcing strategies for Starlink hardware, manage supplier relationships, and optimize cost across prototype to mass production.

The role partners with engineering/manufacturing, requires 5+ years in purchasing/planning or 9+ years without a degree, and involves global supplier coordination with on-site work in Redmond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in purchasing, planning, or supply chain; or 9+ years without a degree.
• Experience with PCB/PCBA procurement and electrical components.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing and cost management strategies.
• Aggregate demand for hardware to support Starlink and enable accurate demand signals.
• Manage RFIs/RFPs/RFQs and run RFX processes with stakeholders.
• Drive cost reductions and supplier performance improvements.
• Maintain supplier partnerships and implement data management tools.
