Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to support PCB manufacturing for the Starlink program in Texas. You will own maintenance for various production line assets and collaborate with engineering to improve reliability and throughput.

The role requires hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, ability to read schematics, and strong safety discipline. Willingness to work shifts and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 2+ years of maintenance or troubleshooting experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and/or hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned maintenance and unplanned repairs of PCB production line equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot systems down to the component level.
• Use diagnostic equipment to monitor performance and drive reliability improvements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to obtain parts.
• Provide training for production personnel.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow PPE protocols.
