Job summary

SpaceX’s Starlink Team is hiring a PCB Technician to join a hands-on manufacturing environment focused on printed circuit board production. You will operate complex equipment, monitor processes, and perform chemical handling to achieve output and quality goals.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting with maintenance and engineering, maintaining lab calibration, and ensuring safety and 5S standards in a fast-paced setting across multiple shifts in Bastrop, Texas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 6+ months of hands-on technical experience in automotive, electronics, or high-volume manufacturing, or an associate's degree in a STEM field.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and run startup/shutdown procedures.
• Perform process monitoring, chemical analysis, and adjustments to meet output/quality goals.
• Troubleshoot with maintenance/engineering to reduce downtime and improve yield.
• Maintain calibration of lab equipment and manage consumables inventory.
• Follow 5S and safety standards and read manufacturing work instructions.
