Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Starlink Operations Technician for night shift to support production lines and resolve process issues on high-volume electronics manufacturing equipment. You will perform initial triage of non-conforming product and assist with continuous improvements, PFMEA development, and line startup/shutdown activities.

The role requires strong electronics manufacturing experience, the ability to read schematics, and familiarity with IPC/J-STD where applicable.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
6+ months of experience in electronics, automotive, or other high-volume manufacturing.
2+ years preferred: electronics, automotive, or other high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to Starlink Dish Production lines for troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
Triage non-conforming product and drive resolution and preventative actions.
Operate complex automated equipment and support line start-up/shut down activities.
Execute development builds on the production line with minimal guidance.
Support development of technical processes and standard operating procedures.
Execute continuous improvement tasks as directed by manufacturing engineering.
Ensure product quality and conformance to specifications.
Support PFMEA development to identify risks and propose improvements.
Perform tasks in at least 1 of 3 specialties: SMT, test, or mechanical.
