Job summary

SpaceX, based in Hawthorne, CA, seeks a Starlink Growth Strategy & Analytics Lead to identify growth opportunities, develop end-to-end go-to-market plans, and scale initiatives across global markets. You will analyze consumer insights, craft strategic programs, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize pricing, packaging, and channels.

Minimum experience includes 3+ years in growth strategy or related roles, with strong analytics, communication, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, or business operations.
• 1+ years of experience using Excel for data analysis.
• 3+ years of management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, or business operations experience.
• 1+ years of experience using SQL and/or Python for data analysis.
• Experience in early and growth stage startups with lean teams.
• Distinctive business judgment and communication skills.
• Excellent project management, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience analyzing data, identifying insights, and developing creative approaches to solving problems.
• Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives.
• Industry experience in telecom, technology, consumer products, automotive, and/or maritime.

Responsibilities

• Identify new growth opportunities and scale initiatives in key markets.
• Own end-to-end playbooks for rolling out new products and growth initiatives.
• Assess consumer insights and analytics to identify demand generation approaches.
• Lead development and execution of strategic programs to maximize global sales for a product category.
• Research industry and competitive landscapes to sharpen positioning, pricing, and packaging.
