Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC is hiring a Starlink Campus Sales Representative to own an assigned field territory and connect households with Starlink information. You’ll identify prospects, build local awareness, and drive referrals, with flexible hours to fit around classes.

Paid training and ongoing coaching support are included, plus mileage reimbursement, a monthly cell stipend, and a Starlink uniform, while allowing resume-building field sales experience.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in an eligible college, university, or educational program.
• Be available 15 to 25 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
• Be coachable, self-motivated, comfortable meeting new people, and resilient when facing rejection.
• Work independently, manage your schedule, stay connected with the sales team, and follow through on commitments.
• Be willing to conduct direct neighborhood and community outreach and travel throughout rural and suburban areas in your territory.
• Have a valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and smartphone.
• Be at least 18 and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned territory and plan routes, manage time, and track progress toward sales goals.
• Engage prospective customers through direct door-to-door selling, events, referrals, and local partnerships.
• Explain Starlink offerings and help customers determine if Starlink meets their needs.
• Guide interested customers to place orders using referral codes without handling payments or sensitive data.
• Record hours, mileage, and activities in the field application and participate in regular manager check-ins.
