Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Experience with product introduction and transition to volume production.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot automated equipment and fix issues with engineering and maintenance.
• Triages non-conforming products and drives corrective actions.
• Identify yield, performance, and cost improvement opportunities.
• Update work instructions and train teammates on processes.
• Conduct process development and validation with engineering.
• Define maintenance schedules and support activities.
• Drive area improvements involving layout, material flow, and safety.
