Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline required.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial project management preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop Starlink factory design on physical and digital levels to meet production rate.
• Own floor layouts, capacity studies, and product flow analysis for on-time delivery.
• Coordinate construction activities with internal SpaceX teams and contractors.
• Manage project schedules and budgets for capital projects with real-time tracking.
• Define and improve business processes for high-volume production, including MES and inventory.
• Serve as SME for Starlink production processes and data gathering.
• Implement data tracking for production, quality, and safety metrics.
• Identify trends to optimize output, quality, and manufacturability costs.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Production, Test, Inventory, Quality, and Supply Chain.
